PERRYSBURG, Ohio — Dozens of local veterans were honored on Saturday afternoon during a heartfelt ceremony at Simmons Crossing Senior Apartments in Perrysburg , where stories of service, sacrifice, and pride filled the air just days before Veterans Day.
More than 25 veterans were recognized for their dedication and bravery during the special event, which brought tears and smiles to those who attended. For many, the recognition served as a powerful reminder of the lives they lived in uniform — and the memories that still linger long after their service ended.
