NORWALK – Sierra Canyon’s hand was a royal flush of height, power and plenty of aces.

Mater Dei hung in there and made some great runs, but it lost to Sierra Canyon in four sets, 23-25, 25-23, 25-20, 25-21, in the CIF Southern Section Division 1 girls volleyball final Saturday at Cerritos College.
