The UNLV football team delivered its best performance of the season Saturday, dominating Colorado State in a 42-10 victory.
Quarterback Anthony Colandrea threw for 251 yards and two touchdowns, while Jai'Den Thomas exploded for 131 yards on just seven carries. The Rebels closed out the game with 35 unanswered points, snapping a two-game losing streak and improving to 7-2 overall.
UNLV's offense was unstoppable, racking up nearly 600 yards of total offense. Thomas broke free for a 57-yard touchdown run, and Colandrea connected with Troy Omeire on a 68-yard scoring strike. Jayden Glover added 99 rushing yards and a touchdown, Colandrea rushed for a pair of scores, and Taeshaun Lyons caught a touchdown pass.
