William & Mary overcame a 12-point second-half deficit to defeat defending MEAC Champion Norfolk State, 81-78, on Saturday night at Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall, spoiling the Spartans' Banner Night.

Graduate student Jhei-R Jones led the Tribe with 15 points, shooting 4-of-5 from the field and 5-of-6 from the free throw line. Senior Kyle Pulliam added 14 points, while junior Reese Miller contributed 12 points, four assists, and two steals. Junior Kilian Brockhoff finished with 11 points to round out W&M’s double-digit scorers. Prior to tip-off, Norfolk State unveiled championship banners for the MEAC regular season, tournament titles, and its NCAA Tournament appearance.
