Two minors were arrested on Sunday for shooting their 17-year-old classmate after calling him over for dinner. The incident occurred late Saturday in Sector 48, Gurugram.
According to police, the Sadar Police Station received a report from the control room regarding a boy being shot. Upon arrival, the victim was already being taken to hospital by family members. The police secured the scene and recovered one pistol, one magazine, five live cartridges, and one empty shell cartridge from the location. A magazine and 65 live cartridges were also recovered from a box inside the accused’s room.
The father of one of the accused works as a property dealer, and his licenced pistol, kept at home, was used in the attack.
