The Buffalo Bills running back hurt his ankle in the victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9. He continued playing and finished with a career-high 27 carries.
Cook, whose 867 rushing yards are second-most in the league behind the Indianapolis Colts ' Jonathan Taylor (895), popped up on the injury report this week.
"It came up during the game," Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Wednesday. "Just sore in the last couple of days."
Teams report their inactives 90 minutes before kickoff. That means the Bills will release their list around 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
