The Royal Family has attended the Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph in Whitehall in honour of those who have died during conflict.
The annual Remembrance service was this year also attended by thousands of veterans alongside the Prime Minister, senior politicians and representatives from the Commonwealth.
King Charles was joined by Prince William in laying a wreath at the Cenotaph as the Queen and Princess Kate viewed the service from a balcony overlooking the Cenotaph.
The King was the first to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph as he lead the nation in paying tribute to fallen war heroes from conflicts dating back to the First World War.
