Experts at the Met Office have analysed weather data to predict which parts of Britain are most likely to see a White Christmas - and it looks like good news for some of Scotland. ‌

While some regions may see a dusting of snow, a blanket covering the entire UK on December 25 rarely happens. ‌

According to Met Office figures, western Scotland has the highest chance of a White Christmas, with odds at 26.7 per cent, reports Chronicle Live ‌

Wales is predicted to have a 20 per cent chance of seeing snow on Christmas Day , while north west, southern and south west England have a 13.3 per cent probability.
