A last-minute touchdown gave the Arizona Wildcats bowl eligibility and left Kansas still needing a win to get there. Quincy Craig ran for 42 yards on Arizona’s final two offensive plays of the game, including a 24-yard touchdown with 39 seconds left to secure the 24-20 win for the Wildcats in Tucson, Arizona, on Saturday.

That touchdown wrapped up a two-minute drive that started after Laith Marjan missed his first kick of the season, a 30-yarder that would have given the Jayhawks a six-point lead with 2:16 left to play.

Head coach Lance Leipold opted for the field goal attempt rather than going for it on fourth and two from the Arizona 11-yard line. Jalon Daniels would not have been available for that fourth down play, due to an injury timeout on the previous play.
