GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Stacey Scott, 51, was arrested on charges of indecent exposure of sexual organs in Gainesville Saturday.

Police say the victim was in her car visiting a friend at the apartment complex located at 130 NW 9th Terrace Friday night when she saw Scott running towards her while holding his genitals out of his pants.

She said Scott began walking toward her car after she parked, prompting her to leave the area and call police. When the victim drove past the location again, she says he ran toward her car, still exposing his genitals.

The next day, the victim and her friend reported that Scott was in the parking lot of the apartment complex again.
