Police investigating the fatal Doomadgee crash that killed a 30-year-old woman and her 10-year-old daughter have released images of the vehicles involved, appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The crash, which occurred about 6.30am on Friday, November 7, involved a white 2006 Toyota LandCruiser carrying the woman and her four children, and a black 2011 Nissan Maxima.

The LandCruiser rolled during the incident, killing the driver and one child.

The three other children, a one-year-old boy, a three-year-old girl and a four-year-old boy, were taken to hospital.

One remains in critical condition, another’s condition has stabilised, and the toddler sustained minor injuries.

A 28-year-old man, who was in a separate vehicle at the time, remains in police custody.
