WILSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) -- A medical helicopter crashed in Wilson County Saturday afternoon, leading to the death of one crew member and the hospitalization of two others, according to officials.

The Wilson County Sheriff's Office announced just after 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8 that a LifeFlight helicopter crashed in the 7100 block of Cairo Bend Road.
