Reacting to the alleged irregularities involving Parth Pawar in the Pune land deal case, AIMIM leader Waris Pathan claimed that all cases against Ajit Pawar vanished after he joined the BJP, asserting that “no inquiry will ever take place” against his son.
“There were cases of thousands of crores of rupees scam on Ajit Pawar himself… After he joined BJP, all allegations ended and he became the Deputy CM. Where will the inquiry take place on his son?… There will be no inquiry… There is highest level of corruption going on,” Pathan told ANI.
The controversy surrounds the sale of 40 acres of government-owned land in Pune’s Mundhwa area to Amadea Enterprises LLP, a firm linked to Parth Pawar. The deal has been criticised for allegedly undervaluing the land and evading stamp duty.
