In a major crackdown, Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested a woman doctor from Lucknow, identified as Dr. Shaheen Shahid, for her alleged involvement in a terror module with links to Pakistan-based terror outfits.

Police recovered an AK-47 rifle from her car. Shaheen is said to be the girlfriend of Dr. Muzammil, a suspect arrested earlier in the Faridabad terror conspiracy case. Authorities believe Muzammil had been using her car to transport weapons and sensitive material.

Doctor linked to JeM and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind

Preliminary investigations suggest that Shaheen has links with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind (AGuH), both operating from Pakistan.
