BUTTE, N.D. (KFYR) - A 63-year-old Ruso man died in a single-vehicle crash in McLean County.

North Dakota Highway Patrol Troopers say the man was driving late Saturday night on Highway 53 near Butte.

He lost control on some ice and rolled into a ditch.

Troopers say he died at the scene and did not wear a seatbelt.

The highway patrol is investigating.
