Princess Anne will soon touch down in Australia on a whirlwind royal tour with her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence. The Princess Royal is poised to carry out engagements in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane over the next four days before jetting off to Singapore.

The visit has been scheduled to mark the centenary of the Royal Australian Corps of Signals, of which she is Colonel-in-Chief. In her role, Princess Anne will take part in a number of events to mark Armistice Day, including laying a wreath at the Sydney War Cemetery and laying a wreath at the Anzac Memorial to mark Remembrance Day. It comes as her brother King Charles III prepares to lead the Royal Family at Remembrance events in London over the weekend.
