CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Joe Burrow is practicing Monday, the Bengals announced.

The Bengals said Burrow will practice in a “limited” capacity.

With Burrow returning to practice, the Bengals have a 21-day period where he can be activated to the roster.

Burrow has been on the Injured Reserve (IR) list since Sept. 16.

On Oct. 16, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said Burrow was “on track” for a mid-December return .

Cincinnati is 3-6 heading into their Week 11 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Rapoport said in mid-October that if the Bengals “stay alive” for the playoffs, Burrow “absolutely intends to be back.”
