Emergency road repairs will require a highway ramp to close for one week in Detroit.

A sinkhole developed in the right lane of the northbound Southfield Freeway (M-39) ramps to eastbound I-96, the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) announced Monday, Nov. 10.
