JONESBORO, Ark. – Ahead of their matchup against the Arkansas State Red Wolves next week, the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns will be down seven players following an incident on the field after this weekend’s game against Texas State.

The suspensions come after players from both the Ragin’ Cajuns and Bobcats were seen fighting on the field following Texas State’s 42-39 loss.

Sun Belt Conference Commissioner Keith Gill said on Monday that there is no place for this type of behavior in college football.
