SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – A proposal promising relief for workers living paycheck to paycheck in Santa Fe is headed to a vote this week. The mayor said while it's seen support, there have also been concerns from businesses.

“We change our behavior, response to these things. We don't just raise everyone's pay and that's the end of it. So, we might cut hours, we might take other actions to control our labor costs,” said the owner of Tomasita’s George Gundrey.
