A woman was rattled but OK after a car crashed into her southwest Miami-Dade home on Monday.
Flora Pazos said it happened at around 5 p.m. at her house on Southwest 34th Street. She was in her living room when she heard a boom and then realized what had happened.
"Everything was in dust, and it smelled like something was burning," she said.
Emergency crews responded to the scene as the car was removed from the house.
The crash left behind major damage. Glass was shattered everywhere, and a bathroom was knocked down.
"I was shaking inside my body, everything was shaking, so I am nervous, in shock," Pazos said.
No injuries were reported so far.
What led up to the crash is under investigation.
