Grandparents for Vaccines is a volunteer-led organization with the goal of changing the conversation around vaccines by passing down their knowledge and stories.
A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association shows childhood vaccine rates for measles have been dropping since before the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, since 2019, the number of kindergarteners vaccinated against polio and measles has dropped below the recommended level to maintain group immunity.
