Tuesday will bring the Delaware Valley its first real feel of winter, with the actual lows dropping into the 20s and 30s in the Philadelphia region. Wind chill temps will make it feel like the teens and 20s.

Gusts will be out of the northwest at roughly 20-30 mph during the morning hours but will increase during the day up to 40 mph. Combine that with temps only in the mid-low 40s during the day, and we'll have wind chills barely above freezing, even during the peak heating of the day.
