NEW DELHI: Delhi Police said that it is not clear who is behind the blast in the national capital. DCP Rajapandya clarified that nothing can be said at this time and all the evidence is being collected and evaluated.
‘The investigation into the blast is progressing. We cannot say anything now as we didn’t get any strong evidence. The forensic team is also conducting an examination. New information is being obtained in the investigation,' said the DCP. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has called a high-level meeting in connection with the blast.
The blast in Delhi occurred after 2,900 kg of explosives were found at Faridabad in Haryana. A white-collar terror module is behind the blast. The i20 car owned by Dr Umar Mohammed from Pulwama in South Kashmir, exploded last evening.
