With colder weather ahead and energy costs continuing to rise, Delmarva Power is offering Delaware residents a chance to get help paying their utility bills. The company, in partnership with Energize Delaware, will host a Customer Relief Fund event 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, at the Delmarva Power Conference Center, 4100 S. Wakefield Drive in Newark.
Eligible customers can receive up to $300 in energy assistance to help offset rising costs and learn about other ways to manage costs.
Company representatives also will be on hand to share energy-saving tips, guidance on lowering monthly bills and provide information about additional support programs.
