MINNEAPOLIS — Even though days have passed, a Minneapolis mother says she's still traumatized after her experience Monday evening.

"I'm scared," Jaky, who asked us not to share her last name, said. "Scared."

Jaky was one of the victims in a string of carjackings that happened in Minneapolis on Monday. Sitting alongside her partner, William, who also asked not to share his last name, Jaky described what happened and shared her feelings.

"What about if they had a gun or another weapon and do something else to me or my kid?" Jaky said.

"I was afraid for her, I was afraid for our one-year-old," William said.

"To have a young man go after my family for no cause, I guess it just doesn't make sense to me," he added.
