Enzo Alves, 16, has skippered Spain's Under-17 side twice, with the latest of those coming in a 4-0 win over Denmark on October 14.
The teenager, who plays as a forward, donned the captain's armband for the first time on October 8 during a 3-0 victory against Andorra.
Alves' latest international match at youth level was also his sixth for Spain's U17s, who he has scored twice for.
He has previously represented Spain at U16 and U15 level.
