A pizzeria manager in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, was arrested this week and is facing several charges after he allegedly secretly recorded people inside one of the restaurant's restrooms.

Portsmouth police say 29-year-old Michael Boone was taken into custody Tuesday following an investigation into reports of a hidden recording device at North End Pizzeria.

The police department says it was contacted a day earlier by an employee from the restaurant who believed they may have been recorded while using the bathroom during a work shift. That employee told detectives that while they were in the restroom, they happened to notice a mobile phone positioned in such a manner to capture the contents of the room.
