Monongalia County, WV — Three people were taken to a local hospital following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in the Grafton Road area of Monongalia County.

According to the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office, emergency dispatchers at MECCA 9-1-1 received reports of the accident at approximately 5:01 p.m. on November 12. A preliminary investigation indicates that a northbound vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with another vehicle.

The vehicles were identified as a Toyota driven by Christine and Harry Travis of Grafton, and a Kia minivan driven by Brandi Taylor.

All three individuals were transported by EMS to an area hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
