It has been more than a month since the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) launched rotating strikes in a futile attempt to protest the 21st century. Perhaps, like me, you hadn’t noticed much of a difference?
In fairness, it’s hard for us to keep up with changes to mail delivery that have been negligible in their impact. No wonder workers feel like they don’t have leverage. Nobody really cares what they’re doing.
