NEW DLEHI: A brief commotion broke out during Bollywood playback singer Shreya Ghoshal’s concert at the Bali Jatra ground in Cuttack, Odisha, on Thursday evening, after an overwhelming crowd surge left one person injured, officials said, PTI reported. The situation turned chaotic when a large crowd surged towards the stage as Ghoshal appeared, prompting organisers to temporarily halt the performance. The show resumed after police brought the situation under control. According to officials, one person fainted amid the pushing and shoving and was taken to a nearby hospital.
