A wanted man who has been recalled to prison has links to Middlesbrough . Raymond Harris has been recalled for breaching his early release licence for an aggravated vehicle taking offence.

This has included failing to attend appointments with the Probation Service, failing to reside at approved accommodation and displaying poor behaviour, North Yorkshire Police say. The force is carrying out “extensive enquiries” to locate the 42-year-old.

A spokesperson said: “We are appealing for information and sightings of a wanted man who is believed to be in the York area. Extensive enquiries are ongoing in and around York, most recently in the Clifton area.

“He also has links to Leeds and Middlesbrough. If you see Harris or know where he is, please get in touch straight away.
