MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man was arrested Wednesday in connection to a homicide in Orange Mound that took place in January, police said.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) arrested Martinez Thompson, 33, and charged him with second-degree murder, convicted felon in possession of a handgun and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
MPD identified Thompson as a suspect in a homicide that happened Jan. 29 near Supreme Avenue and Airways Boulevard but did not release further details.
