WASHINGTON — AS THE WHITE HOUSE deliberates military action in Venezuela, Rep. Nydia M. Velázquez, who represents parts of western and central Brooklyn and Queens, on Friday warned of potentially disastrous consequences from President Donald Trump’s Operation Southern Spear.
