CARROLL GARDENS — A community forum on a major Western Brooklyn waterfront project, the Brooklyn Marine Terminal Redevelopment , will take place Monday, Nov. 17, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Cabrini Hall of Sacred Hearts Church, 125 Summit St. in Carroll Gardens.

The development will transform the 122-acre maritime site stretching from Atlantic Avenue to Red Hook on the East River, bringing 6,000 new units of housing and roughly 15,000-18,000 new residents.

The BMT Vision Plan has already entered the environmental review process.
