BISMARCK — A Bismarck State College student from Fargo is facing terrorizing charges after two alleged gun incidents on campus early Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Alex Webster, 21, allegedly pointed a handgun at another student identified as Tyler Wolters and threatened to kill him in the parking lot of Lindstrom Hall around 4 a.m. Wolters at the time was attending to another student who was intoxicated, according to an affidavit.
The second incident reportedly occurred a short time later when a student identified as Dominic Kimbal attempted to break up a physical altercation between Webster and a student identified as Tyrone Stringer inside the residence hall.
