ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - This week a Cobb County Superior Court judge granted a $15,000 bond to former Milton police officer Christopher Bradshaw.
Bradshaw is facing several charges related to an August hit-and-run on I-75 that killed 36-year-old Terrell Lowdermilk.
Around 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 13, authorities say Lowdermilk and another driver got into a minor car accident on I-75 north near the 120 loop in Marietta.
Police say Lowdermilk exited his truck to exchange information with the other driver, and that’s when Bradshaw pulled up and allegedly struck Lowdermilk, killing him. Authorities say Bradshaw didn’t stop and kept driving down the interstate.
