FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Huntington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in a hit-and-run crash investigation.
The hit-and-run crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, on 200 North.
According to the office, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a white 2009 Chevy Cobalt, which is missing the passenger-side mirror
Anyone with information, camera/video footage, or tips on the crash is asked to contact Huntington County Dispatch at (260) 356-8316 and ask to speak with Deputy Cody Jones.
“Your assistance is greatly appreciated as we work to locate the vehicle and individual involved,” the office said in a Facebook post.
