Chaparral High School recently hosted the 2025 Future Ready Conference, a flagship event presented by the Scottsdale Unified School District Career & Technical Education department in partnership with Scottsdale Rotary.

The full-day, hands-on experience brought together more than 480 students exploring in-demand careers, developing professional skills and connecting with industry leaders, according to a press release.

Throughout the conference, students participated in expert-led workshops that highlighted essential academic and workplace pathways, including:

• Professional skills: networking, personal branding, dress for success, and tie-tying instruction.
