OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - One of three suspects charged with the shooting death of a 17-year-old boy on Halloween appeared in court on Friday.
Shawn Roland, 18, appeared in Douglas County Court this afternoon. He is charged with accessory to a felony and tampering with evidence.
His bond was set at $25,000 and his next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 23.
Two others have been arrested for the death of 17-year-old Sevyn Bellar-White , was found outside a house party with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Oct. 31.
Rayquan Bass, 18, was arrested for second-degree murder, use of a firearm to commit a felony, and possession of a defaced firearm, according to an update Thursday from OPD.
