On the other hand, evidence of a struggling city center isn't hard to find either, especially for those visiting the Queen City this weekend.

With a sign on its front door, Ted's Hot Dogs announced it closed its downtown location. According to the sign, the family owned hot dog chain closed on Oct. 24, and only now are people noticing.
