Greater Anglia has announced changes to its timetables which are due to come into effect this December. The West Anglia route will see revised service times and there will be extra Sunday services for West Runton on the Norwich to Sheringham line.

Some services on the Great Eastern Main Line and between Southend Victoria and London will see an increase from five to 10 carriages as passenger numbers continue to rise.

Passengers travelling on the West Anglia route are advised to check before they travel, as the new timetable will come into effect on Sunday, December 14.

Greater Anglia have said that these changes are "focused on improving performance, connectivity, and capacity across the Cambridge , Ely , Stansted Airport, Hertford East and Stratford routes".
