SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Several communities broke record highs on Friday as temperatures climbed into the 70s and 80s. A cold front Saturday morning will drop temperatures closer to average this weekend.
SATURDAY
A cold front will slide through the region this morning. A few stray showers are possible in northern Siouxland. Any rain that falls is going to be very light. The front will also bring along some additional cloud cover. but that is expected to fizzle out in the afternoon bringing us a mostly sunny sky.
Temperatures will also be cooler peaking in the low 60s which is still about 15 degrees above average for today. A northwest wind could gust up to 25mph.
