A house that sold for $900,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West New York between Oct. 20 and Nov. 9.

During the past three weeks, a total of 21 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $558,159, or $279 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 20 to the week of Nov. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
