A house in Lakewood that sold for $5.9 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Lakewood area between Oct. 27 and Nov. 9.

During the past two weeks, a total of 29 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $992,897. The average price per square foot was $79.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 27 to the week of Nov. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
