On Saturday at 6:53 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory valid from Sunday 9 a.m. until Monday midnight for Northern Clinton, Northern Centre, Southern Centre, Northern Lycoming, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata, Fulton, Franklin, Tioga, Sullivan, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Perry, Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
The weather service comments, "Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph expected."
"Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result," explains the weather service. "Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating
