LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Three area high school football teams were in action on Saturday, with Portland St. Patrick in the 8-player state semifinals and Hanover-Horton and Portland in the regional finals.

In the 8-player Division 2 state semifinals, Portland St. Patrick beat Deckerville 36-15 and will take on Felch North Dickinson in the state championship at the Superior Dome in Marquette next Saturday at 2 p.m.

In the Division 4 regional finals, Vicksburg stunned Portland with a touchdown pass as time expired to win 42-41. Raiders’ senior running back Kayden Dickerson scored five touchdowns in the game. Portland finishes its season 11-1, having claimed a district title and the CAAC-White title.
