Odisha is witnessing a sharp dip in temperatures as a strong cold wave sweeps through the state, intensified by frigid north-westerly winds blowing in from northern India. The impact has been widespread, affecting both interior and coastal districts.
In Bhubaneswar, the mercury has been on a steady decline for the past three days. According to early morning records, the capital city registered a minimum temperature of 14.8 degrees Celsius at around 5:30 AM today.
