A winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:04 a.m. valid from 10 a.m. until Monday 7 p.m. for Southeastern St. Lawrence.

The weather service says to be ready for, "Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches."

"Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes," adds the weather service.
