NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday said it has arrested an aide of suicide bomber Umer un Nabi who had carried out the Nov 10 car blast, for allegedly facilitating purchase of the car in Delhi and conspiring with the bomber to carry out the terror attack. Amir Rashid Ali, a resident of Samboora, Pampore in J&K and in whose name the car involved in the attack was registered, was arrested from Delhi by the NIA, which had launched a massive search operation after taking over the case from Delhi Police.
